How long does it take to ship?

Typically your order will be shipped out 3-5 days after the order is placed. All products are made in small batches which sometimes means orders can be made to order. Our goal is to ensure you are always receiving your products fresh!

What do I do if I made a mistake on my order?

For any issues regarding orders, please contact us ASAP via e-mail at jusmiashop@gmail.com so we can assist you.

Do you accept returns?

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns. In the event, your package was damaged during shipping we will gladly send you a replacement or give you a full refund as long as you contact us within 5 days of receiving the order. You may contact us by e-mail to jusmiashop@gmail.com with a picture of the damaged item(s) so that we may send it to the carrier and begin processing the return or reshipment.

If the wrong shipping address is given, and the order is returned to our facility we will gladly ship the order to the correct address once provided. However, if the order has already been shipped out and has been delivered and is not returned we are unable to process the refund.

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment we are unable to ship internationally. We are currently only shipping in the US.

How long do the products last?

Once opened our products will last between 6-12 months due to their natural nature.
